Delivery & Exchange Policy

Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through cash on delivery. Delivery is Rs. 250 for orders below Rs. 5,000 and free for orders of Rs. 5,000 or more. Orders are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.

7-day exchange

An exchange request may be made within 7 days of receiving the parcel if the fabric is unused, unwashed, unstitched, uncut and returned with its original packaging and labels.

Incorrect or damaged item

Please make an uncut parcel-opening video and contact us immediately on WhatsApp. A verified incorrect or damaged item will be replaced without an additional delivery charge.

Not exchangeable

Used, washed, stitched, altered or customer-damaged products cannot be exchanged. Colour may vary slightly because of screen and lighting differences.
